Ordering and Receiving

Once you have decided on which scooter to purchase, feel free to ask about accessories to add functionality and convenience to your scooter. Once you decide which products you want, we will generate an estimate for you to give you an exact order total before any commitments are made. For the estimate, you will have to provide your personal contact information, billing, and shipping details. You will then receive this estimate via email. If you agree with the cost and are satisfied with your choices, the next step is to convert your estimate into an invoice and make your purchase. Scooter Country accepts electronic payments in the form of credit/debit card payments and ACH / Echeck payments. Once Scooter Country processes your order and collects your payment, your order will then be sent to the scooter supplier who will schedule your order to ship to the shipping address confirmed on the invoice.
Once this shipment is scheduled, you will receive your tracking details and your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. Depending on which scooter you purchase, it may be delivered directly to your location if small enough, or else someone may have to unload it from a freight truck to deliver it to you. Depending on the scooter supplier, you may have the option of getting the “White Glove” service with your delivery. This means your scooter will not only be delivered, but it will also be unpacked and assembled, and you will be instructed on how to use it. They may also haul away your old scooter and the packaging for the new scooter. Be sure to ask about this service when ordering.
