No, all scooters are delivered to your home fully assembled. If you order any accessories, they will be on the side so they do not get damaged during shipping.
Of course! We offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all scooters. This includes a 5 year warranty on the frame, 12 months on electronics, motor, transaxle, and brake, and 6 months on the battery. If you have any questions about warranties, please send us an email at support@scootercountry.com
If you need any work done on your scooter, we will refer you to a local dealer. Parts may be covered under your warranty, so please contact us prior to taking your scooter in.
